This is a book on “common” valuation methods but honestly you are better off getting tailored advice for your market type and use comparable companies.

Better to be context aware. So if you do read, do so with a grain of salt, but you are just as well off doing some searching around in curated groups like YC or Founder’s Network or something like that.

Or better yet just look at deals in Crunchbase or another app.
