Who I Need to Become

Following up 🚀The “Rocketship” Era — Going Big on Startup v2 I want to discuss who I need to be.

Personal growth priorities:

• say what you actually think no matter how crazy or nervous it makes you, you may offend people, you will likely have bad tact sometimes but you need to go the other direction now
• developing connections with those who share my vision, this means I need to put my ideas and thoughts out there and see who I can find who resonates
• I need to study and learn new topic matter deeply and that means building — get elbows deep
• I need to be okay with uncertainty just trying things out, I skirt the edges of topics because I am unsure and there is a lot I don’t know so I bounce off of it, but I have to plunge in and make some throw away projects that may cost a few weeks or so
